MN SCI Latest Announcements
Minnesota chapter of SCI has partnered with Pheasants Forever, with a goal of $20,000 donated per year! 100% of your monetary donation goes towards purchase of a specific land parcel. We will be working together to conserve 1,000 acres a year over the next 10 years for a total of 10,000 acres. Turning privately owned lands back into huntable acres open to the public.
Starting at the 2024 MN SCI World Hunting Expo, our chapter's generous donors contributed $20,000 for acquisition of private land to be purchased, improved for wildlife, and converted to public access.
The 2024 dollars went toward purchase of the 1,024 acre Carp Swamp WMA addition near Baudette, MN. See the Draft version of the property sign which adorns this WMA addition.

Our goal for 2025 is another $20,000 donation to Pheasants Forever directed specifically toward the 5 proposed land projects identified in the provided overview map.
